1. Privacy Policy:
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the site from time to
time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.
- You may be required to register with the site.
- You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your
account and password. - We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if you
determine, at our sole discretion, that such username, select if we determine, in our sole
discretion, that username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. - All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored,
sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. - We receive the right at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these
Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Therefore the customers are
encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the
website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
2. Products/Services Pricing:
All of our products and prices and complete descriptions of the goods or services offered
are available and accessible while the website is being reviewed by the Acquiring RISK &
Fraud team.
3. Method of Payment, Card Types accepted, and Currency:
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any
other agreed currency). - The logo of the accepted cards is to be mentioned on their Homepage and their Payment
checks out page.
4. Delivery & Shipping Policy:
- Berringa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries under the law of UAE.
- Due to quarantine and shipping restrictions, currently, we can only accept orders for the following states and territories: Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, and NT).
- Overseas shipping: Price on application (depending on overseas customs requirements as there may be restrictions).
- We will refund you any payments you have given us if the product wasn’t delivered within 30 days.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- We DON’T offer a refund, return, or exchange once the product has been received & opened. We are also not responsible for loss or damage to your package.
- Note that Berringa products should be kept at a constant temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight at around 18-24 degrees Celsius.

7. Country of merchant domicile:

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its
subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be
governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of, United Arab
Emirates. - Each party agrees that the federal courts of the Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in
connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including
non-contractual disputes or claims)
Other:
- Merchants don’t remove any of the Website requirements currently available on their
website while Conditionally Approving the application. - All the website requirements will be re-reviewed during the Final / Move to Production
Review. - If any amendments are made by the merchant after Conditionally Approving the
application, kindly request the merchant to avoid requesting for the Move to
Production/Final review/Approval until all the website requirements are in place.
